The Japanese technology company Creative Technology Corp. and CE-MAT GmbH decided to co-work in order to penetrate customers in Northern Europe.
Start of the cooperation will be March 1st 2021.
Thanks to the new partnership with one of the pioneers of Electrostatic Static Chucks (ESC) manufacturer, CE-MAT is able to offer not only Plasma Spray Ceramic ESCs but also Plate Type ESCs (Coulomb and Johnsen-Rahbek) and Polyimide ESCs.
The offer includes refurbishment of ESCs and Heaters for PVD and CVD process tools.
In addition CE-MAT is able to offer high-quality chamber components with different surface treatments.
This counts for almost all major 200 mm parts and some of 300 mm parts.
